The Innkeeper’s Suite is a spacious third-floor modern loft that offers 900+ square feet of living space.
The open design incorporates space for dining, entertaining, working, relaxing and resting and its many amenities include:
An open living room with a sofa and two recliners, a Jutel glass fireplace, and a 55’ smart TV
A fully equipped kitchen with a bistro table and chairs
A private bathroom with a craftsman-style, two-basin granite counter top vanity and shower, and brilliant lighting
A queen pillow top bed and an additional 44” TV in the bedroom area.
This space also features a ‘widow’s walk’ rooftop deck with mountain and city views in the distance. Relax here and watch the setting sun while you sip a glass of your complimentary bottle of wine. The rooftop deck is always accessible, weather permitting.

Cheer on your favorite team as you take in a football game on the 70 inch smart TV or rest on your queen bed with a pillow top mattress in the separate bedroom.
The space has two additional pullout sleeper-sofas and is well-suited for families with children or for additional guests. This suite is often chosen as a central location for local college visitations. Reed College, Lewis and Clark College, Oregon Health Sciences University and Portland State University are all minutes away by car.

The Blue Heron room celebrates one of Oregon’s most iconic birds, the Blue Heron. A sighting of one of these majestic birds is a ‘feather in the cap’ of any northwest traveler.
The queen bed with a pillow top mattress provides a restful sleep. The room also has a smart TV and Keurig coffee maker. A private covered balcony runs along the outside length of this room
Imagine, in earlier days, ladies smiling down at, and waving to, gentlemen walking along the Willamette riverbank.. A gentle reminder of days long gone.
The house was many years since, relocated just up the hill from the river, and this lovely private balcony has taken on a different vibe. Today, with its wicker furniture and woolen throws for unseasonably cool weather, the balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy an early morning coffee or a glass of Oregon wine.

Blue Heron Room
The Garden Room overlooks our enclosed backyard garden where a gentle stream flows into a pond frequented by blue herons and raccoons alike. Fig trees, grape vines and an herb garden complete the picture.
This bright and cheery room includes a queen sized bed, smart TV, and a Keurig coffee maker. The spacious attached, private bathroom includes a large, glass-enclosed tiled shower, a craftsman-style vanity with granite countertops, bright overhead lighting, and an additional original antique basin. The windows provide views of the Fulton House garden and patio area.
